- Black headed gull and chick
- Little Tern taking a rest on Morston Quay
- pair of oystercatchers with 2 chicks (appx 4 days old)
Our friends at Trickyweb have just added our new blog to the website. The idea behind it is to keep you up to date with whats happening on Blakeney Point and, for that matter, in the local area.
We’ll try to keep it updated on a regular basis without becoming “blogging bores” and to keep it relevant, not what we had for tea. Although that can be quite interesting of course.
At the moment the Sandwich Terns are nearly all hatched, Common and Little Terns are now starting to hatch and the Black Headed Gulls are nearly fledged. Won’t be long before the Common Seals pup. It really is all happening out there. All we need now is a bit of sunshine to go with it.
Anyway – it’s the first post so we won’t rattle on. Come and see for yourselves booking details here
